Ayam Legend at Stage 3 explores the far-flung flavours of the Indonesian archipelago, helping to let Londoners discover a wide variety of exotic dishes, each with their own distinctive combination of regional ingredients and styles of cooking. To celebrate this new launch, they've hand selected a number of signature dishes from their menu resulting in a 13 dish sharing platter for only £25 per person. They've even been kind enough to throw in a tropical tipple too. Oh, and in case you were wondering, ayam means chicken in Indonesian. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
