At Karen’s Diner, customer service has never been so controversial – from the moment you arrive, you will be greeted and waited upon by rude staff and forced to play a variety of games with your fellow diners. And in true ‘Karen’-style, there are no qualms about dishing out the insults. If it’s your birthday or your name is Karen, let the team know for a surprise. Just don’t ask to speak to the manager...

• This voucher is valid for a burger, fries and cocktail at Karen's Diner. 
• Availability: Tuesday to Thursday 5 - 10 pm and Sunday 1 - 10 pm.
• To redeem, please forward your booking confirmation to bookings@karenslondon.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your preferred booking date.
• Voucher valid until October 10, 2023.
