London Chamber Orchestra is wrapping up its 2021-22 Season, so expect a proper celebration. Entertainers include world-famous violinist Pekka Kuusisto and composer Freya Waley-Cohen, who will be performing her new piece written especially for LCO, ‘Pocket Cosmos’ for the first time. To contrast with contemporary music is ‘Haydn Symphony Number 88’, a classic piece of orchestral music, described as the most ‘jubilant’ symphony that Haydn ever wrote, bringing uplifting happy vibes to the venue, rounding off the concert to the year’s season in epic fashion.
