The martini, it’s a classic. As classic as James Bond himself. You can customise them to your taste with base spirits (such as gin or vodka), levels of saltiness (add some brine?), dashes of vermouth (or not) and garnishes varying from cherries to olives and lemon peel. If you want to learn how to make your own signature drink, so you can feel like 007, this is the experience for you. You’ll be taught all about the history of martinis, followed by a tasting of the classic tipple, followed by either a vesper or dirty martini. The interactive session is usually priced at £50, but for you, we’ve got it down to a tasty £19.
