How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to bookings@elaineslondon.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Saturday (5 pm - 10 pm).
• Voucher valid until November 30, 2025.
