The Gladwin Brothers (Richard, Oliver, and Gregory) share their love for delicious food, foraging, and farming by bringing the farm-to-fork way of life to London, at the Sussex Bar & Restaurant. Enjoy three courses, with each dish curated around British produce sourced from local farmers, hedgerows, and the surrounding coast. And with the restaurant philosophy being “What grows together, goes together”, your meal will be accompanied by award-winning English wine from the family vineyard in Nutbourne, West Sussex.
