Satay gai – chicken skewers with creamy peanut sesame sauce
Prawn har gao wrapped in a translucent pocket of wheat and tapioca flour with prawn, bamboo shoot, spring onions and sesame oil
Chicken in green curry – chicken prepared in an aromatic green curry with vegetables and sweet basil
Lamb massaman – lamb stewed in a mild and rich curry with potatoes along with a dash of peanut
Beef panang – beef morsels cooked in rich, nutty curry, galangal, kaffir lime and herbs along with a dash of peanuts
King prawns in yellow curry – king prawns cooked in turmeric, coriander, lemongrass and ginger and blended with coconut milk
Tofu and oyster mushroom in red curry – pieces of tofu and oyster mushrooms in a signature Thai red curry with vegetables and sweet basil
Vegetable pad Thai – a traditional Thai noodle dish with a sweet and sour tamarind sauce
