When is it?
April 13 at 7pm.
Why buy?
‘Curiosity Kino’ is the latest quirky venture from Lost Lectures (they regularly host eccentric talks on mind-blowingly impressive topics across the city). This time, they’re bringing glitz and glamour from a bygone era to a vintage cinema. Expect red carpets and roaming paparazzi as well as a mix of talks, music, character actors, popcorn stands and enticing cocktails.
The location will be announced closer to the event, but for now all you need to know is that this historic cinema has been dormant for the past three decades and recently reopened. So get your dicky-bow, hats and jackets on – fancy dress is advised.
