These guys are the very, very best when it comes to contemporary circus, with blockbuster production levels and the world’s very best practitioners doing some genuinely jaw-dropping feats. ‘Totem’ (you might remember it from its first run in London, back in 2011) has an evolutionary theme but let’s be honest, the real reason to head along isn’t the story but the acts on show. Think giant, skeleton-like acrobatics structures and a towering troupe of mono-cyclists throwing bowls and you’ll get a feel for just what to expect here. It’s a blast.
