East London gets a taste of Southern California, with a 1970s LA-inspired Laurel’s on the Roof. Based inside the 5-star Mondrian Shoreditch Hotel, this restaurant offers you the chance to be transported to Hollywood for lunch or dinner, with three courses and a cocktail. As the atmosphere flows from daytime into the evening, you can expect an intimate ambience. With escapism at its core, Laurel’s playlist is accented with nods to Mondrian’s East London neighbourhood through ambient soul, funk and electric beats.
