What’s on the menu?

To start:

Masala grilled avocado, glazed onions, olives and iceberg leaves

Spiced chickpeas, pomegranate, sweetened yoghurt, mint and tamarind chutney

To follow:

Tandoori grilled chicken with cucumber salad, tandoori grilled broccoli with honey and nigella seeds

Chicken thighs simmered with roasted spices, curry lead and coconut

Paneer tossed with peppers, onions and ground coriander and chilli

Served with:

Yellow lentils tempered with cumin, garlic and coriander

Jeera pulao rice

Roti
