• Valid Monday – Friday 11.30am – 5.30pm.
• Limit one per person, may buy one additional as a gift.
• New customers only.

• Not available to the hotel guests.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Treatments are performed in single rooms only with one person at a time.
• Must be used by one person in one visit.
• Maximum allowed time for the full experience at the spa premises is 2.5 hours.
• Booking required by email 24 hours in advance; send a copy of the voucher to bankside@spatoyou.com with the preferred times and days.
• 24-hour cancellation policy.
• Must advise staff of any medical conditions or medication at the time of booking.
• Not suitable for pregnant women.
• Please arrive ten minutes prior to treatment time.
• If customers are late for the appointment, the treatment will be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the person booked after, and the voucher will be fully redeemed.
• If late for more than 15 minutes, the treatment will be cancelled and voucher considered used.
• Up to one hour use of the pool included.
• Robe, swimming suit, slippers and goggles are not provided.
• Entire redeemable value of the voucher must be used in a single visit.
