Cutting, carving, scoring, shaving, you use kitchen knives for everything. But what do you do when suddenly your most trusted blade just stops working. No, you’re not going to lob it in the bin, then sob over your keyboard as you search online for a replacement. You’re going to sharpen them, like a grown-up. Learn a simple technique that’ll soon have you looking like a pro chef in the kitchen. This informative class will teach you all you need to know about sharpening and care so your carvers can really go the extra mile. Covering vegetable knife cuts, filleting and boning, the class encourages you to bring your own knives or use the ones provided. Just remember, this is a skills lesson with no cooking so don’t bring any Tupperware.
