You’re going to be getting ultra zen thanks to a wide array of gongs and other instruments, helping to create a peaceful and harmonious temple within your body. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy EFT emotional freedom techniques, hypnosis and aromatherapy. Dreamy. But the best bit? You’ll be led through this brilliantly meditative experience by some serious talent, including Grand Master Don Conreaux and Gong Master Yaelle Eloul Shapir Lac, as well as Alchemy Sound Healing’s very own founder Al Trinity and Gong Master Joanna Bilik. Lastly, the event will end with a Q &A with Don Conreaux himself, for the first time in London since 2019.

• If you have a question for Don Conreaux during the Q&A, please write your question on a small sheet of paper prior to the event, these will be placed into a bowl and drawn from.
