They may be unique and experimental, or just perfectly executed. Whatever it is that makes them special – you’ll soon taste for yourself. Enjoy the tingling sensation of Tofu Vegan’s Wontons in Spicy Sauce, gorge on the Straight Outta Hell Crust Bros pizza, wrap your chops around the seriously stacked Gaucho Sandwich from Eggslut, before closing with a hearty Roti Mutton courtesy of Roti King. This is seriously delicious stuff.
When is it?
Saturday, August 19, across four sessions. Session 1 12pm-1.30pm, Session 2 2.30pm-4.30pm, Session 3 5.30pm-7.30pm and Session 4 8.30pm-10.30pm.

Tofu Vegan - Wontons in spicy sauce
Freshly made with mild spicy, mild sour, mild garlicky sauce. Filling with tofu, mixed vegetables and mushrooms.

Crust Bros - Straight Outta Hell
48 hour proof Neapolitan dough, san marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, chillies, pepperoni, flame grilled chicken, n'duja

Eggslut - Gaucho Sandwich
Seared wagyu tri-tip steak, over medium barn egg, chimichurri sauce, red onions and topped with dressed rocket , served in our warm signature brioche bun

Roti King - Roti Mutton
Soft, succulent mutton in a rich, flavourful kari is served with light, flaky Malaysian flatbread, to mop up every scrap of sauce.
