Breakfast - Pineapple and chocolate overnight porridge
Morning snack - Goats cheese, beetroots and egg muffin
Lunch - Turkey kebabs with satay sauce
Afternoon snack - Banana and pineapple smoothie with linseeds
Dinner - Harissa spiced - roasted cauliflower, plum tomatoes & sesame dressing
Wednesday
Breakfast - Ricotta and almond pancake with fresh raspberries yoghurt
Morning snack - Mushroom soup with roasted chicken
Lunch - Chicken with risotto-style dark lentils with asparagus & broad beans
Afternoon snack - Chocolate brownie
Dinner - Kohlrabi and raw vegetable slaw style salad with herb dressing
Thursday
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and green peas bread
Morning snack - Smoked aubergine dip with crackers
