Anglichanka (Englishwoman in Russian) is a brand new stand-up comedy show about Abi Robert’s time living in the former Soviet Union in the 1990s. Anglichanka is about hardcore Russki vodka, studying opera at the Moscow Conservatoire and the role of matches in outdoor loos in minus 20 temperatures. Abi returned to Moscow this year after 18 years to see how the country has changed and what we need to know about modern Russia, Putin and the country described once as "a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma".
