How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to info@papermoonlondon.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Sunday (12 pm - 3 pm).
• Voucher valid until July 31, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for three courses and a glass of prosecco at Papermoon.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Menu subject to change (only if applicable).
• Minimum booking of two people.
• Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant premises.
• Outdoor terrace seating is available but subject to weather conditions.
• A smart casual dress code is kindly requested.
• Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of the reservation may incur a charge of £50 per person.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
