In four short years, the innovative vocalist/songwriter/producer has stepped out of the shadowy R&B underground and become a full-blown pop phenomenon. He followed an alluring trilogy of 2011 full-length mixtapes with memorable contributions to 2014's Fifty Shades Of Grey soundtrack. But his 2015 album, Beauty Behind The Madness, is on another level entirely.
