This workshop - involving no work whatsoever - will immerse you in the symbolism and fetishistic allure of shoes. Creative counsellor Aya Husni Bey will ignite your feminine essence and try to help you understand why you go mad over footwear. Using watercolours, story and traditional archetypes - as well as modern day divas - you'll explore the masks you wear on your feet, to both conceal and reveal them. Aya works with creative play, the effortless pathway to the subconscious. Part of the process is exploring relationships between symbols arising in play and creativity, and the thoughts and feelings which come with them. These usually contain an element of surprise, which participants enjoy and find enlightening. It is relief from heavy adulthood; child-like, as opposed to childish. Over 16s only. Valid ID required.
