Tooting Arts Club is back

Following the success of Sweeny Todd in Harrington’s Pie and Mash Shop, Tooting Arts Club is back. And this time with a motley crew in tow…meet Paul, Jan and Louis. it’s 1977, Britain has just emerged from a worldwide recession. It’s the Queen’s silver jubilee year but the boys have little to celebrate. With widespread youth unemployment and little opportunities on the horizon, there is a sense of anarchy in the air. Set to a soundtrack of The Clash, The Sex Pistols and The Jam, it’s gonna be one hell of a party. Staged at the former Central Saint Martin’s School of Art in Soho, don’t miss this seminal play in the birthplace of UK punk. Over 14s only. Running Time: 2 hours 40 minutes including interval. Contains smoking on stage, strong language and scenes of strong violence. This site-specific performance takes place in a non-theatre building. As such, it is regrettably inaccessible to wheelchair users as there is no step-free access to the performance route.
