Basqualonia is a new culinary destination that serves up the best best pintxos north of Donostia and pairs them with cold cava from Catalonia. With Basqualonia the idea is to take two of the best things Spain has to offer a foodie, pintxos and cava, and re-create the atmosphere of a friendly neighbourhood pintxo bar. One of the chefs has three Michelin star background, two of them are working for the Urban Caprice Group and all three of them are bona fide Basque, passionate about bringing the authentic flavours of Euskadi to the world. They will be serving up a menu of traditional pintxos with a modern twist, deliciously executed without getting pretentious about it.
