You can always tell when something has been thoughtfully designed. It has an innate quality that is instantly recognisable. You walk past a great piece of architecture, you can tell. You try on a hand-made raincoat, you can tell. A great meal is served to you and yup, you can tell. We usually see these after they've been created, but here's your chance to check out the process. Disegno and Camper team up to lead a design walk around Southwark’s creative community for the London Design Festival. It'll give a glimpse inside studios belonging to architectural practice Studio Octopi, culinary wizards Bompas & Parr and fashion designer Zandra Rhodes. A must for the curious-minded. Tickets include entry to the Life On Foot exhibition at the Design Museum. A complimentary drink will be served in advance of the event.
