Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for life. Buy a man a ticket for the Bourne & Hollingsworth's Fish Feast and you get him a four-course meal with wine or cocktail pairing, plus some choice tips and tricks of the trade from top chef Adam Gray. As part of the B&H Banquets, the Fish Feast will be hosted by exec chef Adam Gray who will conduct demos on a gas-fired cooking trolley before the meal commences. Both him and the B&H bar team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have about the meal and drinks throughout.
B&H Banquets, a series of specialist, interactive suppers, will be taking place over the course of this month. The three themed evenings will be a preview of the hotly anticipated B&H Kitchen, a new cookery school above the restaurant, which is due to launch in January 2016. The Fish Feast will be taking place in the beautiful surroundings of the Greenhouse, a luscious, light, airy and emerald space that sets the tone perfectly for such an incredible event.
