How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to bibo@virginhotels.com or call 02039884455 with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Sunday.
• Voucher valid until February 28, 2025.
• Offer excludes Valentine's Day. Not valid for bookings on the terrace.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a three-course meal and a glass of sangria at Bibo Shoreditch.
• Minimum booking of two people. One voucher per person is required.

• Blackout days may apply.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
