Together with Uber Eats, we’ve been celebrating the restaurants giving Big Dish Energy, with a monthly selection of lip-smackingly good dishes, all available to order on Uber Eats. Curated by our food and drink editor Leonie Cooper, the dishes spanned everything from spicy wings to moreish tacos.

What’s on the menu?

Your £15 gets you six taster dishes, plus great vibes that will have you buzzing for days. Here’s what you’ll be eating:

Korean hot wings, Coqfighter

Get off to a spicy start with these moreish crispy wings, served with a sweet, sticky and hot Korean glaze. 

Allergens: celery, gluten, sesame, soya

Traces: eggs, sulphites, milk, nuts, fish, mustard

Sizzling tofu with house special sauce, Tofu Vegan (VG)

This vegan Chinese restaurant has taken London by storm, and these golden cubes of tofu in a richly spiced sauce show why.

Allergens: gluten wheat, soya

Takoyaki, Taro

If authentic Japanese flavour is what you’re after, then don’t miss these flavour-packed deep-fried octopus balls, with takoyaki sauce and mayo.

Chilaquiles, Mestizo

Take a little trip to Mexico with these zingy and deeply satisfying chilaquiles (fried tortilla pieces) topped with sour cream, queso fresco, onion, cilantro, salsa and chorizo.

Jollof rice, Enish (VG)

Take your time in savouring all the rich flavours of Enish’s famous jollof rice, made from rice cooked slowly in tomatoes, peppers, herbs and spices.

David Hasselhoff, Rodeo Doughnuts (VG)

Sweeten the deal with these vegan beauties by Rodeo Doughnuts. The David Hasselhof is a dreamy blend of Lotus Biscoff spread, caramel glaze, chocolate glaze, caramel buttercream and Lotus Biscoff biscuit!

Need to know

• Valid for one ticket to the Big Dish Energy Live presented by Time Out and Uber Eats on Saturday May 31, for your selected session time.
• The ticket gets you entry to the event and tasters of each of the six dishes.
• Your ticket is only valid for the session time selected. Each session will run for 2.5 hours.
• Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.
• This event is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Please present your ticket on arrival.
• All dishes come in a standard serving as per the menu and specific dietary requirements cannot be catered for at the event (inc vegetarian & vegan).
• Your ticket includes one of each dish without mixing and matching. For example you will not be allowed to have two one dish instead of another.
• Please check with each individual vendor for more information.
