How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to reservations@southplacehotel.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Friday (4 pm - 6 pm), Saturday & Sunday (12 pm – 9:30 pm).
• Voucher valid until June 30, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for two or three courses with a glass of Nyetimber at Bluebird City.
• Only valid for your selected option.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Menu subject to change.
• Maximum booking of six people.
• All reservations may be subject to a two-hour return time. Please note that the restaurant may need tables back after this period.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
• Time Out is not responsible for ensuring any dietary requirements are catered for. Please contact Bluebird to ensure your dietary requirements can be accommodated before purchasing a voucher.
