Fried chicken and pancakes – with bacon and chilli maple honey butter

Truffle cheese burger – with minced chuck, Swiss cheese and confit onions (with chips or a chive and shallot bibb salad

Avocado, sugar snap and cashew salad – with WO home-cured salmon or chicken
