You might know him for his inventiveness, but saxophonist Peter Wareham is going back to basics with some toe-tappin' jazz standards. His new trio skips the piano with a stripped down sesh of sax, bass, and drums. A classic night of jazz with top notch performances from the scene's trailblazers. Nice.
Here are some typical highlights of the ever-changing menu:
- sun-dried tomato and basil-crusted salmon fillet
- grilled cumberland sausages with a red wine-infused gravy and creamy mashed potatoes
- spiced sweet potato and black bean burger, with Greek yoghurt, honey, and mixed leaves
