The London Pop-Up Collective are proud to present Burn After Reading, a late night cocktail bar showcasing a selection of delicious original cocktails in Waterstones Piccadilly. There's lots of concoctions available but the one we're most interested in is the Thai Bride, a mix of white rum, chilli, ginger, lemongrass, coriander and coconut milk. Sounds delicious, right? There'll also be live blues music, book readings and tasty treats from Chef Tait Miller + The Secret Kitchen.
