Burnt Oak is a tightly and sensitively observed look at human relationships and the way that lives can quickly unravel when dreams and real life collide. Set in working class London, Burnt Oak is the first play by raw talent Laurence Lynch, who has journeyed from his native North London to bohemian Soho, where he has worked as a plumber for many years. This play sees him take his first step from plumber to playwright.
