Carrie is the story of a timid teenage girl who discovers she has telekinesis - a psychic ability to move stuff. Like Matilda, but a whole lot creepier. Tonight, the BFI are screening the 1976 original of this operatic fright-fest featuring Sissy Spacek. It's otherworldly, unsettling and pretty scary, so make sure you've got a hand to hold onto. We do love a vintage horror.
