Caves are scary places. They're dark and cold and a bear could very easily be hiding inside. The same with mountains...you can seriously hurt yourself on one. So usually we would recommend avoiding caves and mountains. But then we heard that some of the best cheese around comes from high mountains and dark caves. Fortunately VB's have put together a great tasting menu of Beaufort, Roquefort and much more so we don't have to go and fetch the cheese ourselves. Phew. This is a great way to brush up on your cheese knowledge in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There'll also be plenty of wine to accompany the cheese naturally. This is gonna be brie-ly good fun.
