Join Maze for a special Chef's Masterclass, and enjoy a Mayfair restaurant experience that you won’t soon forget. When you’re looking for a London cookery class, it doesn’t get any better than learning from the best at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Their masterclass is a truly unique dining experience that teaches you new skills at the same time. Beginning with a briefing at 9:30am while coffee and croissants are served, you will be part of a small group receiving one-to-one guidance and tuition. During the class, you will cook a specially selected, three-course seasonal lunch menu, through which you will gain insight into the French and Asian inspired cooking at Maze, discover tips and techniques from the kitchen, and get to grips with the professional equipment during a kitchen tour. At 12 noon you are invited to sit down to lunch at the Maze View table where, throughout the lunch, there will be the opportunity to re-join the kitchen during service to assist the brigade with their final dish preparations. Maze's sommelier is also on hand to present wines chosen to complement the menu then coffee and chocolates will be served after dessert. Guests are finally presented with recipe cards for the prepared dishes as a memento and, of course, for reference when recreating the dishes at home. Over 18s only. Valid ID required. The Maze Chef's Masterclass is priced at £185.00 per attendee, with a minimum of 4 attendees per session. This includes refreshments upon arrival, one attendee to the Masterclass, three course lunch and wines paired to each course.
