Arrriba! Cinco De Mayo is almost here and at Goat, Chelsea, they're throwing a party celebrating all things Mexican. Expect an evening of tequila, mezcal, sombreros, ponchos, piñatas and perhaps some maracas thrown in for good measure, too.
