A sweet celebration of all things gallic, this class will help you create beautifully crafted pastry and rich chocolate desserts, sure to wow your guests.
You will be creating four sumptuous desserts, learning and mastering different techniques and skills under the watchful eye of head chef Andrew. Think delicious French classics like almond twill, strawberry mille-feuille and chocolate fondant.
At the end of the course you’ll get a chance to taste everything that’s been created, before heading home to try out your new recipes on family and friends.
