The Congo Faith Healers make fast-paced gypsy blues. Getting knee-deep in the swampy jazz juice, they mix up trumpet grooves with gravelly vocals, a swinging double bass, and skittish drums. They might blaze a foot-tapping trail that's full of energy but they also know how to take advantage of the softer moments, creating an exhilarating mix.
