The Free Films Festival is all about bringing you original films by talented people…for free. Shocking twist, eh? For this screening catch the story of the invisible and forgotten fall-out of the war on drugs in Mexico. The asylum being an example of an effort by Mexicans for Mexicans, people for whom neither state nor private care are available. The post-film discussion will include a Q&A with the director and will be centred on the limits and realities of self-organised mental health care in Mexico and London, with invited guests.
