Heard of digital journalling before? Helping with mindfulness, self-reflection, creativity and stress-busting, the hot wellness trend involves writing down your thoughts and feelings using a digital tool, such as a tablet.

London Creative Gals, a social club founded by Martina Vintaloro that aims to bring likeminded women together through creativity, laughter and connection, will host a session that’s open to everyone exploring how to digitally journal using Samsung Galaxy Tab S11, S10 and S9. 

Enjoy an introduction to the practice, a guided demo on using the tablet and stylus for writing and sketching, a themed activity and the chance to bring your page to life. The evening wraps up with a sharing session that will leave you feeling more mindful, reflective and creative – the stress-busting benefits of journalling powered by Samsung technology.

Drink will be supplied by XOXO and Something & Nothing.

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to Digital Journalling Workshop with Time Out x Samsung KX in London.
• Please present your e-ticket on arrival. Ticket is only valid for selected time and date.
• Kindly note that this event is strictly 18+.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time as the event starts promptly at 6.30pm.
• Each ticket purchased includes entrance to the event. All necessary materials will be provided for the workshop.
• Samsung devices are loaned as part of the workshop and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Specific models provided may vary.
• Seating is unallocated.
• Refreshments will be provided with each ticket with vegetarian & vegan options available, but please note that specific dietary requirements cannot be catered for at the event.
• Once sold out additional tickets will not be available for purchase on the door. All tickets must be purchased online.
• Samsung KX is an access friendly venue – if you require any suitable adjustments please let a member of staff know upon arrival.
