Channelling sultry Soho vibes, The Windmill is showcasing amazing, never-before-seen performances alongside all-singing and all-dancing dishes. Get stuck into a menu from Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Mcleish, perfectly paired with cocktails from celebrated mixologist Andy Mill and amazing productions. Burrata with heritage cherry tomatoes and basil pesto
Chargrilled octopus, Romesco sauce, artichoke, potato and black olive salad
Hereford beef carpaccio, pickled walnuts, parsley and smoked mayonnaise
Chicken Milanese with rocket, capers, tomato and parmesan salad
Roasted harissa cauliflower, warm hummus, pomegranate and roasted dukkah
