Dinner Dems (in association with Popped Up Market) is a themed pop-up restaurant with a difference. Celebrating different cultures and using authentic ingredients in a modern way, they bring a whole new vibe to the idea of a pop-up restaurant. Each course of this four-course Korean dinner is introduced by one of their talented chefs who'll give you a short demonstration of an element of each course. Plus, you can bring along your own drinks too. They'll even give you a recipe for white kimchi that you can take home and try yourself. You'll be a dab-hand by the end of the evening. Four-Course Menu: - Butternut squash porridge + white kimchi (v) - Squid salad, pickles, toasted pine kernals + Shisu cress - Cucumber salad, herb pancake rolls, pickles, toasted pine kernals + Shisu cress (v) - Chicken Galbi + ssambap - Smoked silken Tofu (v) - Black sesame seed ice cream + red bean gel (v) Running time: 7pm-10:30pm.
