Learn the process of fair trade chocolate, taste indulgent caramel and divine chocolate truffles and try your hand at chocolate-making. You'll think you've died and gone to chocolate heaven. History And Tasting
- Master Chocolatiers will guide you through chocolate's exotic origins, learning about the Mayans and the seductive qualities possessed by chocolate. Sample tasters from creamy milk chocolate to delicious dark chocolate and caramel.
- Use bowls of melted Divine milk and dark chocolate to make delicate chocolate buttons. Decorate your buttons with gold Divine transfers with the Adinkra symbols and learn about their meanings along the way.
- Master Chocolatiers will show you how to make fresh cream ganache truffles. You'll be rolling them in the traditional way, but with a twist: roll your truffles in lavish gold dust instead of conventional cocoa powder and dip and decorate your truffles with a speck of gold leaf. These'll truly be treats to savour.
- To finish the workshop, you’ll receive gold boxes and ribbon to package up your handmade treats, making them the perfect gift…if you're feeling generous enough to let them go that is!
