Found on the 11th floor of Canopy by Hilton London City, this high-rise restaurant offers the perfect end-of-week treat, with its weekend brunch. Indulge with a curated selection of chicken gyozas with teriyaki sauce and beetroot hummus and grissini, followed by smoked salmon eggs Royale, hollandaise and piment d’espelette.
