Home-smoked mackerel rillettes with dill pickled cucumber, fresh shaved horseradish and lemon oil
Le latteria burrata with coal baked seasonal squash, toasted pumpkin seeds and lovage gremolata
Mains:
Traditional Alpine Fondue with a mixed charcuterie, new potatoes in Kentish Rapeseed oil dressing and fresh herbs, mixed salad, sourdough baguette.
Steak Sharer (cooked on a hot stone) with a 600g British flat iron steak, fries or new potatoes, mixed leaf salad, confit garlic mayonnaise, chimichurri and peppercorn sauce
Ultimate Winter Feast with whole baked Mont d’Or, 400g British flat iron steak, venison and red wine sausages, fries or new potatoes, mixed leaf salad and a sourdough baguette
Pudding:
Valhrona 70% dark chocolate tart with Fabbri Amarena cherries macerated in Kirsch and crème fraiche
