How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to booking@bam-karaokebox.comwith your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Sunday (12 pm - 10 pm).
• Voucher valid for March 30, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for two hours of private karaoke, food, drinks and live entertainment at BAM Karaoke.
• Only valid for your selected option. One voucher per person.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking.
• Time Out is not responsible for ensuring any dietary requirements are catered for. Please contact BAM Karaoke to ensure your dietary requirements can be accommodated before purchasing a voucher.
