Need to know

• This voucher is valid for one, three or five floats at Yue Float.
• Only valid for your selected option.
• Availability: Open 7 days a week, 9 am to 9 pm. Float sessions are usually available at 9.30 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 4 pm and 6 pm.
• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to hey@yuefloat.com with your preferred date and time. The voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher on arrival.
• The merchant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
• Voucher valid until October 31, 2024.
• Vouchers can be redeemed from 2 hours to 2 months in advance (subject to availability).
• You will be required to sign a waiver to attend.
