Learn all about the paleo diet at this workshop with Gemma Callander and discover how to create delicious paleo snacks that are low on carbs and full of goodness. By the time you leave, you’ll have a head full of ideas, a stomach full of food and a goody bag too. And a few months down the line you'll have a six pack and your very own spear for taking down wooly mammoths, no doubt.
