Feminism In London is a conference with a difference: it's completely about making a difference. Their mission is to bring women from around the world together to exchange ideas, share experiences and network, and advance public awareness of gender equality by showcasing activists, academics, NGOs and their work. With a keynote provided by Shami Chakrabarti, there'll be a number of panels and workshops considering gender across a diverse ambit of areas, from politics to the economy, disability to language. Following the conference there'll be an evening party featuring a gala of award winning comedians, singers and musicians, with music coming from DJ Amy going on into the night. And guess what?
