Suit up, take a deep breath and get ready to be introduced to the tricks and trade of this seductive mixture of dance and martial arts. Over 16s only. Class duration: 2 hours. Dress code: sports clothing is required, including sports shoes. All other equipment provided. Shower facilities available.
