Fine Dining DIY to the rescue; they'll teach you how to make restaurant-quality food in the comfort of your own kitchen, setting you up for a lifetime of deliciousness. Over the course of an evening you'll learn everything from the knife skills necessary to the ins and outs of poaching, pan roasting, marinating and more. Then you'll use those very skills to create some epic dishes to add to your repetoire. Bon appetite.
The dishes you'll prepare:
- duck breast salad with micro herbs, apple puree, caramelised walnuts, marinated raisins and orange jelly
- steamed sea bass with white radish, crab, watercress and purple sprouting salad, with garlic and basil oil
Vegetarians welcome; vegetarian equivalents of the dishes on offer can be taught.
